10 Funky Chic Kitchens

Here are 10 of my favorite funky chic kitchens from my
I'm thinking about kitchens because as soon as I get my dining room painted...
I'm moving on to make a few changes in the kitchen.
I love a vintage kitchen and especially one with quirky details like the following...

Do you like a funky unusual kitchen or one with traditional details?

I love a kitchen that uses pieces of furniture instead of cabinets.

The other day the top drawer under my range top came off the track and fell.
I haven't dealt with it yet.
Its just all slanted.
I'm sure the track is bent from the weight of the pots.
I actually really don't think there is that much heavy stuff in there.
I only have a few pots and they weren't even in when it fell.

So I've got to fix that.
I hate having a range top and these drawers below. I'd much rather have a stove.
Much!

I wish I could just rip the whole thing out and put a stove in now.
I don't want to mess with fixing a drawer that I don't like to begin with.

But its years before I an get a stove...years...so...

I'll be fixing that drawer.

I enjoy funky kitchens. I love to see a kitchen that is unique to it's owner. One that really relates to the owner's personality. No cookie cutter styles for me.

So many creative ideas here. I like the kitchen with the gate hung over the stove and the grocery cart next to it for storage. Well done.

Oh my goodness those kitchens are awful. I would go crazy in them. I don't t mind a little unusual disorder but most of those seem chaotic but that's just me.

I love them all! Pinned most of them just now.

All of them are loveable! I actually had already pinned most of them except for two!

Creative, artistic souls love kitchens that are outside the norm.

How did you know that I needed to see these??? I just tore up my disgusting carpet after i decided to paint my back kitchen cabinets because I couldn't take the ugly no more. So now it has morphed into painting the backsplash and possibly a new counter. All because I couldn't stand the cabinets any more! It is looking so much better but these have certainly made me think. Love them all!

You should paint your kitchen that pink. You are the only person that I think could pull that color off.

I like that fruit bowl full of apples from the third picture. I always have one on the dining table so I store different fruit bows and regularly shop for new ones.

So many fun ideas in the kitchens you have pinned! The garden gate caught my eye and I love the big farmhouse tables as islands! I"m with you-I'd love to rip out my kitchen and start over...we can dream!

love love love love LOVE!! Did I say I love? Hope you get your stove fixed. I'm with you. All our appliances are starting to fall apart in our 7 year old house. Awesome. I think I'll just go over to Pinterest now…. ;)

love the one with the chandelier in the kitchen because I have that look.
The one with the shelf over the stove has pretty things on the shelf but it would be hard to keep clean ,cooking everyday as I do.Stove grease build up

LOL!
I love reading the comments!
Mary Ann cracks me up. Love her honesty.
I agree with Traci, I could see YOU with a pink kitchen.
Sorry to here about drawer coming off the track. I'm not sure if I understand what has happened, so I will Google it. But is it something you could pound out with a rubber mallet?
Anyway...I like the 1st photo if the mirror with the squiggles was taken down but I like the last photo the most, if the cloth skirt was gone. I can't have fabric hanging anywhere in my home or Louie likes to water it.
